(1) Interested and eligible candidates can apply along with the address of the hospital by July 26, 2022. The Director-Hospital Barakam has to apply and the application form has to be submitted to the office of the Director-Hospital (4th floor. The name of the post must be mentioned on the envelope.

(2) Attested photocopy of all educational qualifications and experience certificate, CV, recent oil 02 (two) passport size photographs should be submitted with the application form.
